In the process of performing bookkeeping services, we exclusively use QuickBooks Online. We can help choose the right plan for your business, however, you will be billed directly and the fees for any QuickBooks Online products (or any other software) will be in addition to our monthly service fees. This way, you will always have ownership of your QuickBooks file, should we part ways.

We want your business to succeed and part of that success is ensuring that the financial portion of your business is run correctly and lawfully. This means you should have or be willing to get separate business bank and credit card accounts. In addition, you should not use your business accounts to purchase personal items (at least not on purpose). In addition, using your business account for personal expenses creates more transactions, which increases our fees.

Pricing Expectations
Price varies based on several factors including number of transactions that flow through bank, credit cards, and lines of credit, as well as company size, and revenue. Our minimum package starts at $400 monthly and does not include QuickBooks Online or Payroll Provider fees. Cleanups are priced similar and multiplied by the number of months needed cleaned up but are deeply discounted with ongoing monthly service agreement.
The Next Steps
We’ll ask you to complete our questionnaire about your business. Once we receive and review the information provided, we’ll reach out via email, usually within 2 business days, to setup a phone or video consultation. If we both decide to move forward, we’ll send you a proposal to sign and, once payment is received, we’ll begin the onboarding process.
